Corporate sailing days will be tailored to suit your needs allowing you and your guests to sit back and enjoy a days sail in the Solent.

Corporate sailing hospitality days

Corporate sailing event days usually start at about 09:30 with a brief run through of the aspects involved in sailing followed by a safety briefing about the yachts and the day ahead. We aim to get on the water just before 10:00 and sail through the morning until we stop for lunch at about 12.30. During the afternoon we will sail around the Solent and aim to arrive back at the yacht marina for about 17:00.

With a variety of matched yachts we are able to provide corporate sailing days for groups from 6 to 50 guests and as such:

- We place the safety of our clients as a number one priority when organizing events on the water.

- All our vessels are licensed to DoT and/or Local Authority standards of safety and manning.

- All our friendly skippers are experienced yachtsmen who hold Commercially Endorsed Yachtmaster Qualifications and Current First Aid Certification.

Corporate sailing events and corporate sailing yacht charter days take on many forms. If one yacht is not enough then mix and match with the Swan 38's or our Sun Odyssey 40's.

Corporate sailing

Often companies like to experience the excitement and Team Building incurred in Yacht Racing events. In these events Acco and Cimaroon exhibit their full potential (due to their excellent Swan ratings), as often do her crew (you), in the Courtesy Beer Tents! For such events the yacht(s) will come with a fully qualified race skipper so to ensure the smooth running of the yacht and crew while you and your clients enjoy the excitement of racing one or both of the Swan 38's.

Corporate sailing days at a Race Event

Corporate sailing :- This has been the most popular theme to date. It enables you and your clients to see and be part of the racing without having to actually be in the event. Also because the yacht is not actually racing the popular sea food corporate luncheon with wine and champagne can be consumed at a leisurely rate during mid day before returning to watch more racing in the afternoon.

Typical Corporate Sailing Day Event on ONE yacht

From 0930 hrs Guests arrive at Swan Yacht Charter. Welcoming on board from the skipper.Tea, coffee, orange juice.
0945 hrs Briefing on the day’s programme, yacht familiarization and Safety procedures.The issuing of Safety equipment and waterproof clothing if the weather dictates.
1000 hrs Depart for morning sail.
1245 hrs Arrive at a picturesque River, Bay or Harbour for a prepared luncheon.(Dependent on clients requirements)
1430 hrs Depart for an afternoon of fun sailing.Our fun corporate skippers will allocate individual duties such as helming, navigating and sail trimming.
1700 hrs Return to yacht marina for prize giving and photographs if requested.
1730 hrs Guests depart at leisure

From 0930 hrs Guests arrive at Swan Yacht Charter.Welcoming on board from the skipper.Tea, coffee, orange juice.
0945 hrs Briefing on the day’s programme, yacht familiarization and Safety procedures.The issuing of Safety equipment and waterproof clothing if the weather dictates.
0930 hrs Depart for morning sail.
1230 hrs Arrive at a picturesque River, Bay or Harbour for a prepared luncheon.(Dependent on clients requirements)
1400 hrs Fun racing between the yachts back to the yacht marina.
1700 hrs Return to marina for photographs and prize giving if requested.
1730 hrs Guests depart at leisure

The above itinerary describes an active and exciting experience but a corporate sailing day is suitable for participants of all skill levels and everyone can be involved as much or as little as they desire.
